Refund policy

Approval Before Production
All signage designs are sent to the customer for approval before printing. By approving the final design, you confirm that the design is correct and agree to proceed with production. Because each product is custom-made based on your approved design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

 

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your signage is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved design, contact us immediately at hello@laxdesigns.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or unapproved designs.

  • All custom signage is non-returnable once production begins.

 

Exchanges
Since all products are custom, exchanges are not generally available. If a product is received damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to correct or replace it.

 

Refunds
Refunds are only available if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If eligible, we will notify you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
